Yes, it is a little old, but it works really well. We use Canon XA30 cameras and we have the converters for HDMi out. We also have the virtutual set editor.

The director and the anchor/reporter have to work together and have collaborative dialogue. This video is about film; however, if you replaced actor with anchor/reporter it is transferable. Our director actually wears multiple hats, like producer and director of photography.
